Classes

Wednesday

6:30pm - Circuit Training

Why train one muscle when you can train all of them? In Circuit Training, we focus on full-body functional training to get all your muscles (lower, upper, abs, and any in between) warmed up and working.

9:45am - Bootcamp

Calling all fitness levels! Bootcamp is the perfect class if you’re looking to get your sweat on. Think of it as cardio meets strength training, based on interval circuit training. This class is quick-moving, so you can go as hard as you want during each interval and really enjoy that rest time in between.

6:30pm - Ab Blast

Abs are made in the kitchen and in this class! Bootcamp and HIIT (high-interval intensity training) with a strong focus on core strength, stability, and balance will be sure to leave your abs burning.


Friday

8:30am - Functional Flexibility

Feeling a little tight from your workouts? Then this is the class for you! Functional Flexibility consists of foam rolling as well as some classic yoga poses to help loosen up the major muscle groups of the body. There are also some basic stretches included that help the lower- and upper-back muscles.


Saturday

8:30am - Circuit Strength

Dance lovers unite! This aerobic-based class uses a mix of bodyweight, weights, high-intensity, steps, cardio, and circuits all while continuously moving your body to the best dance hits around. 


Sunday

8:45am - Spardio

Want to train like a fighter and drive yourself to new fitness levels? This workout is designed around the "bell," so let's see how many rounds you can last! Every exercise is designed to focus you on the fight and train every part of your body to push past exhaustion. You will have the opportunity to hit the bag and spar with your instructor as you fight your way to fitness!

Who Are We?

Power 10 has been part of the North Shore community since 2001. We are a community facility that offers options for the fitness newbie, all the way up to the elite athlete. We are a multi discipline fitness facility that offers pilates, yoga, functional training, sports performance training, rehab, general health and wellness, boxing, and powerlifting, to name a few. The experience and knowledge of the staff allows the ideal fitness opportunity for all, no matter what your goals. We welcome all and look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals.

Fitness Blasts

Fitness Blasts are complimentary 30 to 45 minute sessions that range from TRX training to Foam Rolling to Rowing to Circuit 101. There is something for everyone! Our certified professionals are there to safely guide you and challenge you to help you achieve your goals.

 
 
 

Personal Training

Our goal is to make sure you achieve yours!

Personal training allows you to focus and concentrate and make the most of every minute in the gym. Our team of personal trainers is dedicated to your success, whether it’s weight loss, pre-season training, rehab, or any combination. The Power Ten team has you covered. Our training clients come in all ages and abilities. We have trainers who specialize in functional training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, sport specific training, agility & speed, recovery & rehab, or overall fitness. If the concentration of one-on-one is not your preference, consider a semi-private session. Small group sessions with a friend can add an element of fun and competition.

Functional Training

When you are ready for a new challenge and want to break out of your routine, come play in our functional training area. First time with ropes, ask for a functional trainer or join one of our functional training classes. Be prepared to use your entire body and discover new levels of fitness.
